Are you OK?

Today I use my power as a blogger to hopefully get this message across even to just a few people. Next Thursday is “R U OK Day” » see the link for more detail:  http://www.ruokday.com.au/content/home.aspx

Basically in an effort to fight suicide and the unnecessary deaths of over 2000 Australians a year R U OK Day is a chance for us all to stop and think about what might be going on in someone else’s life instead of just our own. Take a minute, talk to the person next to you on the bus, train, plane, auto-mobile anyone, anywhere. Maybe try just simply asking a friend, often even the people closest to you can be suffering inside and you are none-the-wiser.

1 simple conversation can change a life.
